Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding agreement or have parental consent. If you order for another person or family, you confirm you have authority to share the information provided.
Service Description
HabibiSong creates personalized English celebration songs from the story, occasion, and preferences you provide. Our songs are created using a combination of proprietary technology and AI-assisted tools. The final product is a unique composition based on the information you provide.
Order Acceptance
Submitting payment does not require us to fulfill every request. We may reject, cancel, or ask for revisions if a request is incomplete, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, technically impractical, or outside the service scope.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record or payment provider. You authorize the charge and agree to provide accurate billing details.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery is normally within 7 days and rush delivery is normally within 24 hours when purchased, but timelines may be affected by incomplete information, review, third-party outages, or events outside our control.
Content You Provide
You keep rights in stories, photos, names, messages, and other materials you submit. You grant HabibiSong permission to use them to create, review, deliver, support, secure, improve, and document the service.
Prohibited Content
You may not submit or request hateful, discriminatory, dehumanizing, supremacist, harassing, abusive, threatening, exploitative, sexually explicit, violent, unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content, including content targeting race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, disability, disease, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, veteran status, immigration status, or other protected or vulnerable traits.
Content Review and Refusal Rights
We may screen, refuse, revise, cancel, suspend, or decline delivery for content that violates these Terms, creates legal risk, or conflicts with provider policies.
Intellectual Property
The HabibiSong brand, site, samples, workflows, software, designs, and service materials belong to us or our licensors. Delivered songs are licensed to you for personal, family, gift, community, and non-commercial sharing use after payment and delivery.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because HabibiSong creates custom digital products, orders are generally final once work has begun or delivery has occurred. If you are not satisfied, contact support@habibisong.com within 10 days after payment so we can review your request. During launch, revisions are free and processed at our discretion based on feasibility. We may offer a re-delivery, partial refund, full refund, or another resolution at our discretion. For Voices & Duff songs, if any background instrument tones appear, we will regenerate the song or issue a full refund. Rush delivery, priority handling, revisions, add-ons, and upgrades are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where we determine a refund is appropriate.
Rush Delivery Terms
Rush delivery prioritizes production but depends on complete customer information, provider availability, payment review, and content review. If rush delivery cannot be fulfilled, we may refund the rush fee or offer another remedy.
Photo Upload Terms
If you upload photos, you confirm you have rights and permissions to use and share them. You must not upload unlawful, exploitative, private, or infringing images.
Song Sharing and Access
Delivered song and listening links are bearer-by-link. Anyone with the link may be able to access the song, so share links only with people you trust.
Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews are collected from customers after completed orders. If you provide feedback, you confirm it is truthful and lawful, and you allow us to use it for operating, improving, and promoting the service unless separately agreed otherwise.

This service is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical, pastoral, or legal advice. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact appropriate professional services.
AI Disclosure
Our songs are created using a combination of proprietary technology and AI-assisted tools. The final product is a unique composition based on the information you provide.
Third-Party Services
We rely on third parties for payments, production, hosting, storage, email, analytics, security, and error monitoring. We are not responsible for third-party outages, denials, delays, or policy changes outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, minus refunds, chargebacks, credits, payment-provider fees, and third-party fulfillment costs.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless HabibiSong and its owners, contractors, providers, and licensors from claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of another person's rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, specific emotional reactions, or a result matching every subjective expectation.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the service after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
